CodeTeachers / The curiosity toolkit
A little help for curious parents.
Adults: replace bracketed topics, check the output, and share only suitable material. Keep personal information out.
01 / Fresh practice
Create three original practice questions about [concept]. Include a separate answer key with reasoning for me to check. Do not solve a school assignment.
02 / Another explanation
Explain [concept] using paper or blocks. Tell me where the analogy stops being accurate. Give me two questions to check understanding.
03 / A creative afternoon
Suggest three 30-minute projects about [interest] using paper and pencils. Leave the main creative decisions to the child. Include adult safety considerations.
04 / Talk about a story
Suggest five open questions about a story’s characters and their choices. Do not invent details about a specific book. Ask for evidence from the text.
05 / A small project plan
Break [general project idea] into three small milestones. Suggest questions I can ask without taking over. Make the first version finishable in one session.
